You can change the personal details on your current or savings account, using the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via online banking. 

This will only update your personal details for the accounts you can view while logged in to the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via online banking. If you have other Virgin Money accounts, you’ll need to update your personal details for those accounts separately. 

Using your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
• Tap the My Profile in the top right of the app
• Select ‘Change your contact details’
• Choose the option you want to change and follow the steps on screen

Using online banking
• Go to online banking and sign in
•  Click ‘More’ from the top menu and then ‘Change your contact details’
• Choose the option you want to change and follow the steps on screen
