You can change your contact details for your Virgin Money current or savings account, using the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via Internet Banking. 

Changes made will only apply to the accounts you can view in the Mobile Banking app or Internet Banking. For other Virgin Money accounts, you’ll need to update your details separately. 

Using your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
1. Tap the My Profile in the top right of the app
2. Select ‘Change your contact details’
3. Choose the option you want to change and follow the steps on screen

Using Virgin Money Internet Banking
1. Go to Internet Banking and sign in
2. Click ‘More’ from the top menu and then ‘Change your contact details’
3. Choose the option you want to change and follow the steps on screen

Changing your name or title
To change your name or title on your account, you'll need to visit us at your nearest branch and bring proof of your name change (e.g. marriage certificate).

Change of gender/gender neutral titles
At the moment, you're unable to update your gender or select gender neutral titles. We know it's important for our services to reflect who you are and how you identify. We're looking at ways to improve the options available to you in future. This includes gender neutral titles and pronouns.

  • How do I update details that are needed to use the mobile app. I cannot access my money. This is not good. Thanks
  • I am unable to log in on my laptop as I cannot receive a confirmatory vwerification code on my mobile as the number has changed
