You can view and download statement for your current or savings account, in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via Internet Banking.

Using your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
• Tap the Envelope icon at the top of the app
• Under 'New statement', find and select the statement you want by checking the date below it
• Select the 'Retail Statements' attachment to download it

Using Internet Banking
• Go to Internet Banking and sign in
• Choose the 'More' icon (three dots) at the top of the screen
• Select 'Secure messages'
• Under 'New statement', find and select the statement you want by checking the date below it
• Select the 'Retail Statements' attachment to download it

Official statements from the last 12 months are available. If you need more than one month you can download each one individually.

If you need a statement of interest, also known as a certificate of interest, you can request one using our online form.
