You can change the PIN for your debit card at most ATMs:
• Insert your debit card and enter your PIN
• Select 'PIN Services'
• Choose the option to change PIN

Forgotten your PIN?
If you are unable to remember your PIN, you will need to get in touch with us or visit one of our branches and ask us for a PIN reminder.

    why cant pins be changed on the app with very few ATMs

    I asked how to change a blocked pin number. All this does is say send a reminder.
