If your debit card PIN is blocked, you can unblock it at most ATMs:
• Insert your debit card and enter your PIN
• Select ‘PIN services’
• Choose the option to unblock your PIN
You have 3 attempts per day to try this.
If you're not in the UK this may not be possible, some international ATMs don't have the unblock PIN option. Once you're back in the UK, you'll need to complete the unblock PIN step at an ATM.
