It's quick and easy for you to tell us your Virgin Money debit card is lost, has been stolen or is damaged. There is no need to call us, the quickest and easiest way to cancel your card and order a new one is in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app.

To report your card in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the My Profile in the top right of the app
• Select ‘Manage your cards’
• If given a choice of cards, select the card you want to report
• Then tap ‘Report card lost or stolen’ or ‘Replace damaged card’ and follow the steps on screen

If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, your new card details will be linked to these services in around 24 hours. You can continue to make payments while you wait for your physical card to arrive in the post.

To report your card via online banking:
• Go to online banking and sign in
•  Click ‘More’ from the top menu and then ‘Manage your cards’
• Select your card and then click ‘Report card lost or stolen’ or ‘Replace damaged card’ and follow the steps on screen
