To make a payment from the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the Payments icon at the bottom of the app
• Select 'Make a Payment'
• Choose the account you would like to send money from
• Select from your existing payees or tap ‘Pay someone new’ to pay a person or business you’ve not paid before, and follow the steps on screen
If it’s a new payee, you’ll need their account details and you’ll have the option to save them to your payee list.

To make a payment via Internet Banking:
• Go to Internet Banking and sign in
• Click ‘Move money’ from the top menu
• Choose the account you would like to send money from
• Select from your existing payees or tap ‘Pay someone new’ to pay a person or business you’ve not paid before, and follow the steps on screen
If it’s a new payee, you’ll need their account details and you’ll have the option to save them to your payee list.
There are daily limits to the amount you can pay using the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via Internet Banking. You can usually make payments up to £500 each, or £1,000 per day. Some payments will need additional authentication using a registered mobile device for the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app. With authentication, the daily limits usually increase to £30,000.
