To cancel a Direct Debit in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the Payments icon at the bottom of the app
• Select the ‘Scheduled’ view
• Tap ‘View all Direct Debits’
• Select a Direct Debit from the list
• Tap ‘Cancel this Direct Debit’ and confirm this action
To cancel a Direct Debit via online banking:
• Go to online banking and sign in
• Click ‘View scheduled payments’
• Select the Direct Debit you wish to cancel, and follow the steps on screen
Some Direct Debits orders can’t be cancelled in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via online banking. If this is the case, please get in touch with us or visit us in one of our branches and we can cancel it for you.
