To cancel a standing order in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the Payments icon at the bottom of the app
• Select the ‘Scheduled’ view
• Tap ‘View all Standing Orders’
• Select a standing order from the list and tap ‘Edit’
You can either amend or cancel the standing order. Make sure you confirm any action you’ve taken.

To cancel a standing order via Internet Banking:
• Go to Internet Banking and sign in
• Click ‘View scheduled payments’
• Select the standing order you wish to amend or cancel, and follow the steps on screen
Some standing orders can’t be amended in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via Internet Banking. If this is the case, please get in touch with us or visit us in one of our branches and we can do it for you.
