If it's your first time ordering a cheque book or pay-in book for your Virgin Money current account, the please get in touch with us.
If you've had a cheque book with us before and need a replacement, you can order one on the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via online banking.
Using your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the Payments icon at the bottom of the app
• Choose either ‘Order a cheque book’ or ‘Order a pay-in book’
• Select the account you'd like the cheque book or pay-in book for and then tap 'Order now'
Using online banking:
• Go to online banking and sign in
• Select the account you'd like the cheque book or pay-in book for
• In the ‘Your account’ section, click on ‘Order a new cheque book’ or ‘Order a new pay-in book’ and then click ‘Order now’
We'll send your cheque book to the registered address on your current account, within 7-10 working days.
