1. Open the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
2. Tap 'Forgotten your passcode?' on the login screen and follow the steps on screen

    Advice - You can reset your passcode on the Virgin Money app: I can't start the app. Why? Its asking me for my passcode to start it.
