You can reset your passcode on the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
1. Open the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
2. Tap 'Forgotten your passcode?' on the login screen and follow the steps on screen

Unable to login and when using forgotten password it just tells me there is something up, which is pretty obvious..
I cannot get on the app on my new phone need the app to transfer funds check balances etc not good customer care this
