You can change the Internet Banking password for your current account at any time using the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via Internet Banking.

Using your Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
• Tap the My Profile icon in the top right of the app
• Select ‘Logout, access & security'
• Tap 'Change your password' and follow the steps on screen

Using Internet Banking
If you'd like to change your password:
• Go to Internet Banking and sign in
•  Click ‘More’ from the top menu and then 'Manage login and security details'
•  Click 'Create a new password' and follow the steps on screen

If you've forgotten your Internet Banking password:
• Go to Internet Banking and enter your customer number and click 'Continue'
• Click 'I don't know my password' and follow the steps on screen
You’ll need to verify your details using alternative methods.

  • Instructions..go to the webpage and login.....I have forgotten my password! Difficult?
    Also, no way to reset my passwrod; not really customer-centric!

  • Trying to have a new token activated is an absolute nightmare folr couples with a joint account. Husband's token activated successfully. Where do we go? No help
  • None of the phone numbers on your website or the phone numbers given by your support during webchat work. They all go to dead numbers. Very helpful!
