To set up face or fingerprint recognition on the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the My Profile in the top right of the app
• Select ‘Logout, access & security'
• Toggle on the option you want to use and follow the steps on screen

There is no ability to select “ access security” on logout as suggest, it does not exist
No ability to add biometric selection

Biometric login toggle has turned itself off and won't turn back on. Chat doesn't recognise the query. Need info on how to turn it back on, not just set it up.

Tried this 10 times. Keeps asking for passcode even after switching on Face ID every time.
