Before you start you’ll need:
• Your customer number (Don’t worry if you've forgotten it, we can text you a reminder here)
• Your long card number
• Your sort code and account number

First, search for the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app, from the App Store or Google Play, and hit install. Or you can click on the links below:
• Download from the App Store now, for Apple devices with iOS 14.7 or above
• Get it on Google Play now, for Android devices with Android 8.0 or above

After you’ve downloaded the app all you need to do is:
• Fill in your customer number, long card number, sort code and account number
• We’ll send you a text with a 6 digit one time passcode, which you’ll need to enter

Only you should use this in the app. Never share this with anyone, even if they claim to work for Virgin Money.

• You’ll be asked to create a passcode that you’ll use to log in to the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app
• If you’ve not used internet or telephone banking before you’ll be asked to create a password and pin for them too

You can also follow along using our interactive how-to guide.

Please note, Essential Current Account customers are unable to manage their account on the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app.
