Before you start you’ll need:
• Your customer number (Don’t worry if you've forgotten it, we can text you a reminder here)
• Your long card number
• Your sort code and account number
On your new device, search for the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app, from the App Store or Google Play, and hit install. Or you can click on the links below:
• Download from the App Store now, for Apple devices with iOS 14.7 or above
• Get it on Google Play now, for Android devices with Android 8.0 or above
When you open the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app, you’ll be asked for your customer number and current account details to link your current account to your new device.

If you no longer use your old device, you can remove its access to the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the My Profile in the top right of the app
• Select ‘Logout, access & security'
• Tap 'Mobile app access'
• Click the bin icon next to the device you no longer use and follow the steps on screen
We’d also recommend uninstalling the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app from any devices you no longer use.
