If you want to stop your current account balance from going below a certain level then you can set up a sweep in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app. Our Sweep Tool automatically moves money from your savings account into your Virgin Money current account.

How to set up a sweep in the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the My Profile in the top right of the app
• Select 'Alerts & notifications'
• Choose an account
• Tap 'Sweeps’ and follow the steps on screen

  • All my alerts are turned on in the app, and in my phone settings, but still I get no transaction notifications at all

  • The Virgin Banking App on my smart phone will not open, i just get a red screen with Virgin written across the middle.
