You can control what text alerts you receive from the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app. This includes if your balance goes below a certain amount or if you have any transactions over a set amount.
To get alerts from the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app:
• Tap the My Profile in the top right of the app
• Select 'Alerts & notifications'
• Choose an account
• Select which text alerts you receive and when
