To see which version of the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app you're using:
• Tap the My Profile in the top right of the app
• Select ‘Logout, access & security'
• Tap ‘Mobile app access’

You can ensure you’re using the latest version of the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app by turning on automatic app update from your device settings.

On an Apple iOS device
•  Open your iPhone Settings
• Tap ‘App Store’
• Under ‘Automatic downloads’ turn on ‘App Updates’
•  Under ‘Mobile Data’ decide if you want to turn on ‘Automatic Downloads’. Turning this on means apps can automatically update using mobile data or Wi-Fi. Having it turned off means apps will automatically update when you are using Wi-Fi.

On an Android device
•  Open Play Store
• In the top right, tap your profile
•  Tap ‘Settings’, ‘Network preferences’ and then ‘Auto-update apps’
•  Select ‘Over Wi-Fi only’ if you want apps to only update when you are using Wi-Fi.
•  Tap ‘Done’ to save the changes

Updating the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app adds new features and security.

  • I have contacted VM Tech. team & in Branch about My Internet Banking Access. I was told last Weds. 'Your Online Should be Accessible within 1hr.' it's Still NOT!!

  • The virgin app is stuck in a loop will not upgarde even after reloading app. cant access account on laptop or mobile app, system is poor
