Make sure you’re got the latest software on your phone/tablet to use the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app. It will only work with devices running the following operating systems:
• Apple iOS 14.7 or higher
• Android 8 Lollipop or higher
If your device does not support these operating systems, you can use online banking instead.
