You can withdraw from your agreement within 14 days from the day after you receive your Virgin Money or Virgin Atlantic Credit Card. You have the option to contact us or send your request in writing. Please use the appropriate address for the card you applied for:

Remember, you must repay any balance and interest or fees (if applicable) within 30 days of the date you tell us you want to cancel your agreement. You will not have to pay any other charges and you can repay your balance in full at any time.
If you wish to cancel the agreement outside of the cooling off period you will need to contact us.
