Trusted retailers is a feature in the Virgin Money Credit Card app that allows you to mark specific retailers as "trusted". Doing this means you don't have to authenticate future transactions with these retailers.
When you make a purchase online, and you're asked to approve it via the credit card app or with a one time passcode (OTP), you'll see the option to "add a trusted retailer". Tap this and follow the steps on screen. If you shop online regularly with specific retailers, adding them to your trusted retailers list will improve your overall online experience.
To view your list of trusted retailers in the Virgin Money Credit Card app:
• Tap the Manage icon at the bottom of the app
• Scroll down and click trusted retailers
To remove a trusted retailer from your list:
• Click on the remove button next to the retailer you wish to delete and then confirm
(Next time you make a purchase from them, you'll need to approve it)
If you report your card as lost or stolen, for security reasons your trusted retailers will not move over to your new credit card. The next time you make a purchase online, you'll need to approve the transaction in the Virgin Money Credit Card app and add that retailer to your trusted retailers list again.
