You can change your home address, email address and landline number on your credit card account, in the Virgin Money Credit Card app. Just go to the top right hand corner and click on your profile for your options.
Your home address will be changed immediately, however any correspondence recently produced for your credit card may be sent to your previous address.
To update the mobile number on credit card account, please get in touch with us.
If you are changing your name on your credit card account we require a certified copy of the legal document confirming the change (i.e. Marriage Certificate, Deed Poll Document etc). Please also include a short covering letter explaining the reason for the change. Also include your Virgin Money or Virgin Atlantic Credit Card number and sign in both your old and new signature.
