You can change your credit card statement preferences by completing our online form.
You can choose to receive either paper statements or go paperless and view your statements in the Virgin Money Credit Card app. We send you an email every month to let you know when your credit card statement is ready to view. You can change how you receive your credit card statements at any time.
For credit card statements in Braille, large print or audio format please get in touch. If you need assistance when contacting us, you can make a Text Relay call. Just dial 18001 followed by the telephone number of the person you're calling.
