You can request to change your credit limit (increase or decrease) in the Virgin Money Credit Card app:
• Tap the 'Accounts' icon at the bottom of the app
• Select the card you want to change the credit limit on
• Under your balance, tap the arrow icon next to your credit limit
• Follow the steps on screen and we'll take it from there
If you're requesting a credit limit increase, you need to have had your credit card for 6 months, have received your seventh statement and you've not applied within the last 6 months.
