You'll need to cancel a subscription on your credit card directly with the retailer and retain proof of the cancellation as you may need it to obtain a refund if they continue to bill you.  

If you are unable to get in contact with the retailer then you can let us know let us know by filling out our online form and we may be able to help. 

We cannot assist with cancelling subscriptions or obtaining refunds once the renewal date has passed unless you have proof of cancellation.

  • Looks like I just contact retailer to stop an auto renewal.
  • Like other banking apps it would be great if there was an option to cancel any subscription payments. I have a subscription that I can't cancel
  • Can we have a page on our account showing debits that will automatically renew in 12 months please? Many companies will renew subscription without consent. Thanks
