Our Virgin Money Credit Card app is the quickest way to check if you have a Direct Debit set up for your credit card. The account summary screen will confirm the payment amount due and the date the Direct Debit will be taken. You can also view your Direct Debit details.
Remember, you may need to pay your credit card another way while you're waiting for the Direct Debit to be set up.
If you have a Virgin Money or Virgin Atlantic credit card and there isn’t enough money in your current account to make the payment when requested, we may apply a charge to your credit card account. Also, you may also lose any promotional rates if applicable.
The Direct Debit will be collected at the amount shown on the date of your statement even if you've made any additional payments that month.
