You can pay the Requested Payment, a regular fixed payment or the full statement balance of your credit card.
The Virgin Money Credit Card app is the quickest way to change your Direct Debit. In the app:
> Tap the 'Payments' icon on the menu bar, select 'Manage regular payments'
> Tap 'Change' which is next to your 'current payment amount',
> Please read the Direct Debit guarantee, then tap 'accept'
> Choose how much you want to pay, then follow the on screen instructions.

Is your Direct Debit due in the next 5 working days?
If your payment is due within the next 5 working days, the Direct Debit amount may not change until the following month.
Virgin Money Slyce customers:
By default your Direct Debit will always take your Requested Payment. This is the sum of your instalment plans plus and any instalment fees, if applicable. It also includes any extra payments you make during the payment option window.
You can choose to pay more towards your credit card each month by Direct Debit if you want to. This is done in the Virgin Money Credit Card app during the payment option window when we ask you if you'd like to make any extra payments. If you choose to pay a little more, then this will be taken as part of your Direct Debit for that month's payment, and we will notify you of the amount we will now take by Direct Debit. Each month your Direct Debit will revert back to your Requested Payment as default.
