Your balance transfer may not have gone through for a few reasons:
• You can only transfer a balance from a UK credit card or a store card that has a Visa or MasterCard logo and is in your name
• You can't transfer a balance to another card issued by Clydesdale Bank PLC (including Virgin Money, Virgin Atlantic, Clydesdale Bank, Yorkshire Bank or 'B' credit cards) or to a non-UK financial organisation
• You may not have had enough available credit when you take into account any fees. Main cardholders can check their balance and credit limit in the Virgin Money Credit Card app. Additional cardholders should get in touch to discuss their request
• You have frozen your card in the Virgin Money Credit Card app, or it's been reported as lost or stolen
