Why have you restricted my access to making balance transfers, money transfers and cash advances (including withdrawing cash) on my credit card?

These types of transaction are generally for higher amounts and can incur fees. They can often quickly increase credit card balances which then become difficult to repay. The restrictions are to avoid this creating a credit card balance which becomes unaffordable.
