Virgin Money and Virgin Atlantic customers:
You won’t pay any interest on your Virgin Money/Virgin Atlantic Credit Card instalment plans, just a straightforward fee each month.
How much you’ll pay depends on how long your instalment plan is and the transaction value. We’ll show you the fee in the app and on your next statement. If you move a purchase into a plan, your fee will start from your next statement date.
Our app will help you to understand the costs of an instalment plan.
Virgin Money Slyce customers:
Some instalment plans come with fees, which are added each month. You can see what these fees are when you set up your instalment plan in the app. This amount is the same regardless of plan length and will be shown in pounds and pence.
To make it easier to decide which option is best for you and your budget, we'll show you exactly how much the fees would be for each of the different plan periods before you set up an instalment plan.
The 12 month instalment plan is the lowest payment you can make, we call this your 'Minimum Payment'. You have to pay at least this amount to avoid falling behind with your repayments. If you do choose the 12 month instalment plan, it'll take longer, and cost more to pay off your balance.
If you don't choose an instalment plan option during the payment window, we'll assume you want to keep paying the Minimum Payment amount. This is equivalent to a 12 month instalment plan, with a fee. We'll also change your plans to the Minimum Payment amount if you miss your monthly Requested Payment.
