Before getting started, you’ll need your credit card to hand. You’ll also need to make sure no one is peeking over your shoulder to see it.
To view your PIN in the Virgin Money Credit Card app:
• Tap the 'Manage' icon at the bottom of the app
• Select ‘View PIN’
• You will then need to enter your CVC (the 3-digit number on the back of your card)
Your 4-digit PIN will be shown for 5 seconds. If you need to view it again there is a "Show Again" option.
Our app uses the very latest security features on your device to show your card’s PIN, so you’ll need to update to the latest version of your operating system. You can update your device's operating system from the settings menu on your device.
