If we approve your application, we’ll send your Virgin Money or Virgin Atlantic Credit Card to you within 7-10 business days. We don't send PINs in the post to main cardholders, please view your PIN in the Virgin Money Credit Card app.
If you requested to have an additional cardholder on your application and it was approved, you will receive their card at the same time. Additional cardholders can’t access the app, so we’ll post their PIN directly to them 5 to 7 business days after the application has been approved.
