If your credit card’s been lost or stolen, it’s important to make sure it can’t be used by someone else. First step is to freeze the card in the app, then get in touch with us as soon as possible.

To freeze your credit card in the Virgin Money Credit Card app:
• Tap the 'Manage' icon at the bottom of the app and select the card that you want to freeze
• Click the toggle next to “Freeze this card” (the toggle should now be red)

To unfreeze your credit card, click the toggle again and your card will be able to transact (the toggle should show as grey when it is off).
