How do I change my passcode on the Virgin Money Credit Card app?

You can change your passcode on the Virgin Money Credit Card app, on the sign-in screen by tapping ‘FORGOT?’ in the bottom left corner.

If you have face or fingerprint recognition switched on, you'll need to cancel this before you can tap on ‘FORGOT?'. Once you’ve entered your password - this will be at least 8 characters, including 3 of the following: numbers, upper case letters, lower case letters and special characters (such as *!@?), you can change your passcode for the Virgin Money Credit Card app.
