To change your password on the Virgin Money Credit Card app, you'll need your credit card to hand and you will be asked for your date of birth.

• Tap the person icon in the top right-hand corner of your summary screen (This will take you to your profile)
• Scroll down to “Change password”
• Select “Forgotten your password”
• Follow the steps on screen
