You will need to have your physical credit card to hand.
You can use your physical card to unlock the app, so make sure you’ve got it handy if you’ve been locked out for using the wrong passcode 5 times. You can then reset your passcode and password.
To do this:
1. Open the app and follow the steps on screen, using your card to unlock it
2. Pop in some security details, and create a new passcode and password to use
Even if your credit card's expired, you can still use it to get access to the Virgin Money Credit Card app.
