Here’s a quick guide to using the Virgin Money Credit Card app:

Accounts
Here you can see all of the credit cards you on the app. When you tap on a credit card you’ll be taken to your product summary. This is where you can view your total credit limit, as well as seeing the amount you owe and the amount you can use. Here you can also:
• View and search for your transactions
• View Statements
• Make a one-off Payment

Payments
Manage how and when to move money to and from your credit card by selecting the Payments icon, you can:
• Set up a new Direct Debit or change the amount of your Direct Debit payment 
• Make a payment to your credit card by bank payment (we'll connect you to your banking app) or by bank transfer (we'll tell you our bank details)
• Transfer a balance from another credit card or move money to a bank account in your name

Manage
You can manage all of your credit card needs on this screen. You can:
• Temporarily freeze your credit card if you think you may have lost it
• Report your credit card as lost or stolen
• Replace a damaged credit card
• View your PIN instantly
• Manage your credit limit
• Add another credit card to the Virgin Money Credit Card app

Discover
Discover allows you to view and apply for our full range of products. 
You'll also get access to exclusive deals here whilst giving access to exclusive deals in the exclusives tab such as, VM Cashback, Youtility mobile, TV and broadband switching.

  • Trying to find my transactions is a nightmare to the point I am seriuosly thinking of leaving virgin
