What do I do if I change the device I use the Virgin Money Credit Card app on?

If you want to put the Virgin Money Credit Card app on a new device or change the one it's installed on, there are just a couple of steps to do this.

Download the Virgin Money Credit Card app on your new device and tap 'Already using the app' on the front screen. You'll be asked to register again (don't worry, you can keep the same username, password and passcode).

The Virgin Money Credit Card app will automatically be de-registered on your old device.

App download to new device. Request a code - said code was wrong. Tried twice. Can't log in using card details as says already registered! Stuck in loop.

This is incorrect - the option to select ‘Already using the App’ doesn’t appear.
