There could be a number of reasons why you’ve not received the One Time Passcode (OTP).

• The mobile number we have for you is not up to date
• Your mobile phone signal may not be strong enough, check your reception
• You have Wi-Fi calling turned on. If so, some networks block business authorisation text messages. Try turning Wi-Fi calling off and request the passcode again
