A one time passcode (OTP) is a unique six digit number we’ll text to your mobile. It can only be used once, and for security reasons will only work for a short amount of time.

We’ll never call, email or ask you for your OTP, so please don’t share it with anyone. OTP are also used to register for the Virgin Money Credit Card app, verify some requests you make and to confirm it’s you when you make a credit card transaction online.

For more information on protecting yourself from fraud, go to virginmoney.com/fraud.
