If you have any missing cashback, on either your credit card or current account app, please use the missing transaction form to give us the details.

Once you've opened Virgin Money Cashback in your app, click the 'Report missing transaction' button from within the statement section and enter the retailer, purchase amount and purchase type to raise this request.

 We'll look into it and get back to you within 10 working days.

  • 160 characters is not enough to convey my dispair with Virgin money cashback. No ability to respond back when you mistakenly say my card isn't registered!!
  • contact us with more information but the email is from a no reply email address, so how do I get the further information to you ????
