Credit cards: 
You can freeze your card in the Virgin Money Credit Card app , to stop further transactions being carried out.

Debit cards:
You can cancel your debit card straight away on the Virgin Money Mobile Banking app or via online banking.

  • You say “ Contact is” but that’s not possible,all contacts are lists of options not related to the problem
  • you say contact us but there is no number, your site mentions live chat but it is nowhere to be seen
