Payments can be made from the Virgin Money Credit Card app. If you prefer, you can also pay directly from your bank account. Any payment made will be visible in the app, and in your next monthly statement.
If we don't receive the minimum payment for your credit card when it is due, you will lose any promotional rates on the account with effect from the start of your next statement period. You can find out more on removal of promotional rates here.
Missed payments will be shown on your account, and also on your statement. We need to update credit references agencies on whether you make your payments. This information can be used by lenders to help decide your eligibility for credit in the future, for example being accepted for a loan or mortgage.
