After you've applied for a personal loan, we might post an authorisation code out to you as part of our verification process. This helps us to make sure the loan application isn’t fraudulent.
If you’ve received an authorisation code:
• Log in to your account
• Choose your saved application
• Select 'Activate'
• Enter your authorisation code exactly as it's shown in your letter
• Select 'Submit Authorisation Code
