Please check that you have entered the correct 20 digit code. 

For security reasons you will have two attempts and 30 minutes to do this.

If your code times out or you enter it incorrectly twice, you can request a new code the following day. Alternatively, follow the instructions to request a new card. Once you've received your new card you can register for the app using the new card details.

  • Your help is hopeless, all I am trying to do is get the app up and running and I keep getting the un helpfull error message Something went wrong that's all!!
  • I don't think it is answering my question - the app has a 6 digit code.
