There could be a few reasons for this.
You can only connect M Plus, Club M and M accounts to the Credit Card app.
Your Virgin Money Credit Card app and Virgin Money Mobile Banking app need to be on the same device. If you have these on the different devices, then you won’t have the option to connect.
