Once you've completed the form, we aim to complete your switch within 7 days. You'll receive an email from us when it's done.
When you switch, you'll still keep the same physical card, credit limit, account number, PIN and anniversary date. Your interest rate and point earn rate will change to reflect the card you've switched to.
