It's a valid question and one that deserves an answer long before 14 days before the fixed term ends.
eg. Does transferring to another ISA use your allowance?

My cash Isa has matured . If there are clear steps to take to transfer it's contents to a new Clydesdale cash Isa then I simply cannot navigate this process.
