How do I close my Help to Buy ISA and claim the bonus?

Once your solicitor lets you know it's time to transfer your funds, you can move all your money out of your Help to Buy ISA and close it. If you have £1,600 or more in your Help to Buy ISA, we'll send you a closing letter in 5 - 7 days. Your solicitor will need this to claim your bonus.

Not enough information. Information that is available is misleading. HTB ISA needs to be closed before funds withdrawn to get closing statement / final balance.
